Return & Refund Policy
Within 14 days of receiving the product, if the product is faulty or not in accordance with your order, you should notify Mobile Alert of your intent to return the product. Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.
Should you request a refund, the amount refunded will exclude the cost of the SIM card, programming and postage.
The non-refundable dollar amount is $50 (covering postage, SIM activation and programming) plus the cost of the credit on the SIM card (let us know if you want the SIM card posted to you).
Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested. Or you may request a refund for the amount owing at any time by contacting Mobile Alert.
